ORDERING

Where items are out of stock it is possible to Pre-order items on our site. We will notify you when the item is back in stock. 

Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding an items availability.

Once your order has been placed it is near real time processed at our warehouse. We don’t want you to miss receiving your goods, so we can certainly make changes to the delivery address, however changes to items within your order or the delivery method are not possible at this time. If you would like to change items, then please email the Customer Service Team on hello@waverleymills.com. Please put in your contact phone number in case we need to call you.  They can arrange cancellation of the original order and place a new order on your behalf.

To track your order is via the email you receive once your order has shipped from our warehouse. The subject of that email is ‘Your Waverley Mills order has been shipped’. In this email is a link to the tracking information for your order from our couriers.

Should you credit/debit card be refused when placing your order, you will see an error message letting you know what the issue is. We suggest either contacting your bank or trying a new credit/debit card. If you continue to have problems placing your order then please email our Customer Service Team at hello@waverleymills.com

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Waverley Mills purchases. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@waverleymills.com (please include your contact phone number) as soon as possible to arrange a return or refund. Please make sure you contact us to arrange this within 28 days of purchase.

You should receive your refunded monies within 7 working days of us receiving your goods at our warehouse.

GIFT CARDS

Yes you can purchase gift cards to spend with Waverley Mills. Simply enter the recipient’s name, email address, a personal message if you wish to include one, and the amount, and add it to your bag.

The gift card will be sent to the recipient via email so please ensure their email address is entered correctly.

Gift cards are sent via email. If you have placed an order for a gift card and some items, your gift card will be sent via email, and the items will be sent via our courier. Please ensure the email address for the gift card is correct.

Please contact our Customer Service team, email hello@waverleymills.com, with any details you may have such as date it was purchased or who it was sent to, and we will assist you in locating the number.

If your gift card is associated with a customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email.

If your gift card is not connected to an account, please contact us directly and we can advise you on the details.

To redeem your gift card, simply enter the code in the Gift Card field at the Payment step of checkout. Please be sure to click 'Apply' to redeem the card. Once you have clicked 'Apply' there will be a message to let you know how much of the card you have used and whether you have any remaining credit to use on a later order.

Gift cards are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Please treat your gift card like cash and store securely. Unfortunately we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended after the expiry date.

Gift cards can be used to purchase any product or service online on the Waverley Mills website, except for gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase goods or services at any of our retail partner websites or stores.

When you create a Waverley Mills account, you will receive the following benefits:

Quick checkout: store your preferred address and be able to checkout in a few steps by just logging in.

Track and view all of your orders: all of your Waverley Mills orders are stored within your account, so you can see the status of your order and the items you previously purchased with us. You can also quickly order your favourite items straight from your past orders.

One place for Personal Details: keep your personal details up to date including your email address to make sure you never miss out on any customer exclusives.

Newsletter subscriptions: quickly update your preferences to receive special news, or events coming up, or customer exclusives from Waverley Mills

To create an account go to the Account icon which is located at the top right hand corner of the website and choose to Create one.

To access your account, click Account in the top right hand corner and follow instructions to log in.
