The fibres are prepared, spun into yarn, dyed to achieve the club's distinctive colours, and woven into scarves and throws using equipment that combines traditional textile knowledge with modern manufacturing techniques. 

Every stage of production is completed by a team of skilled craftspeople whose experience ensures each piece meets the standards that have defined Waverley Mills for more than 150 years.
