Christmas Gifting

Luxury Christmas Gifting

The colours of the season. Red, green and white, the colours we return to each December, woven into pieces made to last well beyond it. Each one spun, dyed and finished at our mill in Launceston, as it has been since 1874. Gifts chosen now, and reached for every Christmas after.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to order to receive my gift before Christmas?

Christmas delivery cut-off dates for Australia are December 16th (Wednesday). For international shipping, these differ by destination and postage options, and are listed on our shipping page. If you’re ordering late, a digital gift card can be sent instantly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is currently unavailable.

We pack every order in a calico storage bag to protect your piece in transit and keep it looking great for years to come.

If your order includes several items, they'll arrive together in one bag. Ordering as a gift? Please note in the 'Is this a Gift?' area on the cart page, and we'll pack gifts separately.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. For international deliveries, some countries charge import duties on arrival. Orders to the United States include duties in the price at checkout.

Can I send a gift card instead?

Currently our Gift Card is only available to Australian customers. Our digital gift card is delivered by email and can be used across the full range.

What is the best wool gift if I’m unsure of their taste?

A merino wool scarf or a wool throw in a natural tone is a safe choice. Both suit most homes and wardrobes, and neither needs a size.

What if the gift isn’t quite right?

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for details.

How should the recipient care for a wool gift?

Wool needs very little washing. Airing outdoors refreshes it, and hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended when needed. Our wool care guide has full instructions.
