Promoter
The promoter is Waverley Mills Pty Ltd (ABN: 32 650 825 648), 45 Waverley Road, Waverley, Tasmania 7250, Australia (Waverley Mills or the Promoter).
Promotion Period
The promotion starts at 2:00 pm AEDT on November 2nd 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Thursday, 15 November 2026 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Waverley Mills and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must, during the Promotion Period:
- Subscribe to the Waverley Mills mailing list via the entry form at waverleymills.com/pages/win-a-waverley-mills-gift-voucher
All active subscribers during the promotional period will be eligible for the giveaway.
Maximum Number of Entries
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive:
- One Waverley Mills digital gift voucher valued at AUD $2,000.
The total prize pool is AUD $2,000, including GST where applicable.
Gift Voucher Conditions
The gift voucher:
- may be redeemed through online waverleymills.com or in store in accordance with Waverley Mills' gift card conditions;
- may be used towards eligible products available at the time of redemption, including during the Black Friday sale period;
- is subject to product availability; and
- is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the total value of the winner's purchase is more than $2,000, the winner will pay the difference. If the total purchase value is less than $2,000, the remaining balance may be used in line with the applicable gift card conditions.
Winner Selection
One winner will be drawn at random on Monday 16 November 2026 at 10:00 am AEDT at Waverley Mills, 45 Waverley Road, Waverley, Tasmania 7250.
The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Waverley Mills reserves the right to redraw the prize, subject to applicable law.
Content & Promotion
By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Waverley Mills. Entrants also give Waverley Mills permission to repost or share the winner's first name for promotional purposes associated with the competition.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Waverley Mills accepts no responsibility for:
- late, lost or misdirected entries;
- technical disruptions or failures; or
- loss or damage associated with accepting or using the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
